Prof. Dr. Arif Pashayev – Rector of National Aviation Academy

Since 1996, the rector of the National Aviation Academy is Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, full member of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan (ANAS) Arif Pashayev Mir Jalal. Since his appointment, the National Aviation Academy has entered a new stage of development. Academician A.M. Pashayev managed to organize the educational process and research work at the level of modern requirements.

Academician Arif Pashayev is the vice-president of the International Academy of Engineering, the president of the Azerbaijan Academy of Engineering.

Prof. Dr. Musa YILDIZ – Rector of Gazi University

Prof. Dr. Musa Yildiz became a research assistant at Gazi Education Faculty, Department of Arabic Language Education in 1994. In 1996, he conducted research at Cairo University. He completed his doctorate program with his thesis titled “The Symbolic Novels of Necîb Mahfûz” (1998) and was appointed as a lecturer in the same year in the Institute of Social Sciences of Gazi University. He became assistant professor in 2001 and associate professor in 2002 at GU. He worked as a visiting professor at Jordan University in the 2003-04 academic year. He received the title of professor in 2007.

Michail Rubin – TRIZ Master, President, International Association “TRIZ Developers
Summit”

Rubin Mikhail Semenovich was born in Baku in 1954. In 1973, he became acquainted with TRIZ. He studied under G.S. Altshuller for many years. Since 1990, he has been living in Petrozavodsk.His main research topic is prediction using TRIZ methods. Together with G.S. Altshuller, they developed a forecast for the development of civilization called “Eight Thoughts on Nature and Technology”.He worked on the theory of experimental planning, energy, programming, FSA, and conducted TRIZ analysis of large enterprises. Several years ago, together with Natasha Rubin, they created and led the “Heretic” creativity club. They taught children TRIZ and RTV.

An innovation consultant, trainer, and author with 30 years’ experience in the application, development, and teaching of TRIZ-based methods for systematic innovation. Victor Fey taught, consulted, facilitated and led cross-functional teams in delivering critical breakthrough product and technology solutions to Global 1000. As a direct consequence his consulting and teaching, his clients have resolved their most vexing technological problems, obtained numerous patents, implemented breakthrough solutions, and introduced new products to the market.

Prof. Dr. Ali B. Kutvan – Chairman of Innovation Management and TRIZ Institute

Has double PhD. degrees in management and Communication sciences. Graduated from Hacettepe University, (BA), İstanbul Technical University, (M.Sc), İstanbul University (PhD in Management and Organization) and Marmara University, (Ph.D in Communication Science). Worked as a lecturer in Boğaziçi and Marmara Universities and also worked in Apple Computer in charge of Apple Global Education Project and Apple University Consortium. Visiting Professor in the State Academy of Public Administration (Azerbaijan) and President of Kutvan Group and Chairman of the Board of Innovation Management and TRIZ Institute. Editorial Board Member of Journal of Business and Economics, Academic Star Publishing Company, New York / USA. Dr. ALİ B. KUTVAN was chosen as a member of International Advisory Committee of IFERP.

Prof.Dr. Çetin Elmas – Professor of Gazi University

Prof Elmas founded and headed many academic units during his career. His academic management experience made him an expert in planning and structuring IT course and syllabus to effectively reach desired instructional goals. He has in-depth knowledge and experience of e-learning, distance learning, artificial intelligence, project management and IT systems. He possess sound knowledge of media production and having the ability to work with media equipment including AV devices, recording equipment, lighting, studio sets, etc.
Prof. Dr. Çetin Elmas takes an active role in International Project Management Association. Dr. Elmas is currently Global Head of IPMA Artificial Intelligence SIG, President of Project Management Association, President of Industrial Artificial Intelligence Association and was Chairmen of 24th IPMA World Congress Istanbul. He is the leading academic on Project management. He involved in setting up team that developed Turkish National Project Management Competencies.
